RecoverFlow is a software tool, not a law firm. We don't guarantee a recovery outcome, a specific deadline, or that the figures generated by the AI scoring, outcome-prediction, or ninety-day-forecast views match any individual county's disbursement. Always confirm deadline and eligibility with the county clerk and, where appropriate, a licensed attorney in your state before filing or sending client-facing communication. Deadlines vary by state (FL §197.582, GA §48-4-5, TX Tax Code §34.04, CA Rev. & Tax §4675) and can change — each filer is responsible for confirming the current rule.
You own what you upload. Confirm you have the right to upload it.
The case data you put into RecoverFlow — property addresses, owner names, surplus amounts, owner outreach text — stays yours. By uploading, you confirm you have the lawful right to do so (either as the underlying claimant, the contracted recovery professional, or under another lawful basis). We store it in Postgres, we don't sell it, and we'll delete it on request — see /privacy for the full storage and rights summary. see also: Privacy →
The 30-day free trial auto-ends. Paid plans are billed by Stripe. No long-term contract.
The free trial lasts 30 calendar days from signup; it auto-ends without charging anything. During (and after) the trial your data remains visible; export it via the in-app export before the trial window closes if you'd like a local copy. Paid plans are billed by Stripe through the Standard subscription link ($49/mo) — refunds, proration, and cancellation follow Stripe's standard terms. There is no long-term contract: cancel any time from your Stripe billing portal and your next charge will be skipped.
